PRINTMAKING

Printmaking is something which often feels off-limits for art-newbies, but it's actually perfect for exploration and play.

While a printing press and a print studio are great to have later on when you know how much you love printmaking, they're not needed early on.  You can explore various forms of printmaking at home, often without specialist materials - such as monotypes, collagraph, drypoint and linocut - and all of them create juicy textures and mark-making you'll get hooked by!

If you want to figure out what you like as an artist, without pressure to be precise, printmaking can help you out. Let's take a look at what's out there...
